This is the price per camping site with a maximum of 4 or 6 persons including electricity and gas.

These prices are valid from June until September. During other months of the year you will receive a discount of 20%.

Other months of the year

The mobile homes are furnished (sheets and blankets are not included).

The surface of the mobile home is about 46m2 and contains a kitchen, shower, bath, lavatory, ventilation, fridge, gas-cooker. The windows have a good isolation, there’s a heating unit and beds 140x200-80x200, a veranda with garden-furniture.

Rates holidays with activities

All holidays can be filled with activities according to your own wishes and desires.
The rates depend on the number of persons and desires. Almost all activities will be offered for free by us.

The rates mentioned above are based on standard bed and breakfast rooms. If you wish a luxurious room we’ll invoice you the difference in rate.

All facilities we offer are new and clean. This will make your stay with us even more enjoyable!

Supplementary service

The ‘Tournesol’ offers you some supplementary things, such as:

• sauna et hot tub whirlpool (2 hours) € 12,50 euro each
• Rent sheets and blankets for mobile homes including towels and peignoir € 5,- p.p. (week).
  

Discounts

Chambres d'hôtes: 10% discount in october until may. (for staying min. 3 nights).

Camp-site: 20% discount in september until june (for staying min. 3 nights).

Booking conditions

To assure you also during the summer period of a bed and breakfast room, a mobil home ore a camping site, we offer you the possibility to make a reservation. Please find below the reservation conditions.

The booking will be definite for both parties when after reception of the signed booking form and the amount you have to pay down, our confirmation will be received by you.

Please inform us when your arriving date changes. In case of any delay of which we are informed in advance we will hold your room for another 24 hrs. After this we will have the right to let out your room to someone else.

Bed and breakfast rooms
The booking of a bed and breakfast room in the months July and August will be from Saturday to Saturday, except if agreed upon another period. Your room will be available as from 15.00 hrs in the afternoon. On the date of departure you’ll have to leave your room at 10.00 hrs in the morning

Tourist rates
The tourist rates are € 0,30 euro per person per day for persons from the age of 7 or more. You’ll have to pay the tourist rates at your arrival.

Payment
To book a room you only have to fill in the booking form and send it back to us with your signature on it. The payment you have to pay in advance and the booking costs have to be remitted to:

The payment you paid in advance will be withdrawn from the rest of the amount to be paid, except for the booking costs (€ 15,- euro). We will send you a confirmation of your booking as soon as we receive your booking form and the payment.

Mobil homes
The mobile homes can be booked from Saturday 15.00 hrs until Saturday 10.00 hrs. In case of booking of a mobile home you’ll have to pay an amount in advance which is a third from the total amount raised with the booking costs (15 euro). The remaining amount has to be paid at the latest 4 weeks before your arrival.

We also ask a deposit from 100 euro, which you’ll receive back at your departure if your mobile home will be left in good condition. The cleaning costs of the mobile home will be 45 euro per mobile home.

Camping
Your camping site will be available at noon at your arrival date until noon at the day of your departure.

Active holidays
The reservation of an active holiday will always be from Saturday until Saturday. Your room will be available from 15.00 hrs in the afternoon until 10.00 hrs at the day of your departure.

Remarks:
Pets are authorised at the camping site, but the have to be on lead as well as vaccinated and tattooed.
In the mobile homes and bed and breakfast rooms there will be no pets allowed!

Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before your arrival you’ll have to pay the payment (so 50% of the total amount + 15 euro booking costs). If you already paid the total amount we’ll return it to you.
In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before your arrival date you’ll have to pay the total amount. In this case there will be no restitution of the amount.
